Account information We process your Firebase user ID, Google name and email to identify your account, maintain login and manage custom-cat orders and delivery. We do not receive or store your Google password. Consent choices, document version and acceptance time are stored as evidence. 2. Retention and choice Account information and consent records are retained until account deletion, except information that must be retained by law. On deletion, order notes, photos and generated results are removed and the account link is cleared. You may decline consent: member features will be unavailable, but existing guest features remain usable. 3. Photos and orders Signing in does not upload photos, local memos or reminders. Custom requests separately process submitted photos, instructions and order/payment confirmation information. AI processing and external-service information and consent are provided before photo submission. Source photos of completed/cancelled orders are removed by retention cleanup; delivered resources may be retained to provide downloads. 4. Firebase We use Google Firebase Authentication for login. If Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications are provided, device messaging tokens may be processed; notification permission is your choice. Google’s privacy policy also applies to Firebase. Further disclosures about processing locations and international processing will reflect the actual operational configuration. Device features and advertising Permissions such as usage access, notification access and location may support individual features. This login feature does not synchronize existing local memos, reminders or cat settings. AdMob may process advertising identifiers and device information under Google policies. Advertising consent is handled separately where applicable. 6. Support and security Support requests process the name, email and message you submit. Necessary operational/security logs may be processed; the server may retain a keyed hash instead of a raw IP address. Access to personal information and credentials is restricted. 7. Your requests Account settings provide logout and account deletion. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion or processing can be submitted through support.
