NyangDesk Terms of Service Version: 2026-10-19.1 · Effective: October 19, 2026 1. Service NyangDesk provides Android desktop cats, customization, utility features and custom-cat requests. These terms apply to member services. Existing guest features remain available without an account. 2. Accounts Google authentication and required consent create or sign you into a member account. Use only an account you are authorized to use. Logging out ends the login on this device. 3. Permissions and advertising You control Android permissions and notifications. Some features depend on the permissions you grant. AdMob advertising may be displayed; advertising consent is requested separately where applicable. 4. Custom designs Custom-cat creation is a separate paid service. Availability, price, scope, timing and cancellation/refund conditions are explained before ordering and payment. Signing in or accepting these terms does not charge you. Photo submission and AI processing information and consent are provided separately before submission. 5. Content You must have the rights needed to upload your photos. Do not infringe others’ rights or submit unlawful content. Cats and items are provided for use within the service; do not redistribute or sell the raw resources without permission. Custom design usage conditions are explained during ordering. 6. Changes and restrictions Maintenance, security, operating-system policies and improvements may affect service availability. Misuse or rights infringement may result in proportionate restrictions. Changes affecting paid orders will be communicated to the affected users. 7. Account deletion Account settings allow you to request deletion. This does not delete your Google account. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Review the deletion notice for effects on active orders and downloads. 8. Updates and support Changes and effective dates will be communicated, with renewed consent when needed. These terms do not limit rights granted by applicable law.
